We are very happy with our swim spa from Spa Manufactures. We live in Arizona and they are located in Florida but after researching, we decided to make our purchase from them. We love that everything is made here in the USA at their Clearwater location.
The employees I have had interactions with are knowledgeable, efficient and kind. Kindness is lacking in our world and I appreciate when I deal with someone on the phone and don't feel rushed, they are truly there for me. And get this! No AI answering their phones!! A person answers and they give you their undivided attention and even individual phone number in case you have any needs.
Customer service is their priority, especially Sara who I must say is the best ambassador Spa manufacturers has. She goes above and beyond to answer questions and facilitate your every need. Chris was also very cool and talked to me about chemicals and explained a few things to this old gal who has never owned a spa. Mark, my initial point of contact was gracious and very helpful as well even when I called him on his day off. (Didn't know he was off)
