I flew to Tampa from New Orleans to visit Spa Manufacturers for a test swim. I loved its look, its features, that I could place it above ground, and not harm 100 year old oaks in our yard. LOVED the experience there, bought the Deluxe on the spot. Love it even more after three years and counting.
I try to use it every day! I do aquasize, run against the current, do resistance and weight training, and have a blast! We placed it on a gravel pad surrounded by a deck, and built a large gazebo to help keep out the oak leaves. Love the bar and 4 stools. Great for watching movies and football, in water or out. Wonderful place to hang out.
I have never had any problems with it, and any time I have a question I get prompt responses. I LOVE MY SPA and I wish all customer support was as great and personal as theirs has proven to be. Thanks, you guys! - Sue J.
I received my Swim spa hot tub 4 weeks ago and the entire family loves it! It is so cold here in MD and this has been a blessing for our therapy and I was very happy that when the electric bill came in it was very efficient just like the sales man told me! We could not use a swimming pool for all of the seasons so the Swim Spa was PERFECT! We are so happy and we feel so good. This has been a wonderful process for us and we are very pleased!

After contacting several hot tub/swim spa companies, I chose Spa Manufacturers Inc. The reason I went with them is because they were extremely prompt on responding to my emails and detailed questions. Also you could not beat their excellent prices! My wife and I look forward to receiving our hot tub and swim spa to our Tampa home as well as to our Beaver creek home this summer! Special thanks to Sarah Howerton who was very timely and efficient on my questions. She even returned my emails as late as 11pm. I was profoundly impressed. If this is the type of service I get even prior to purchasing and now that I have, I feel confident that my customer service will be stellar even after! We have had a spa before but never had the level of satisfaction that we have had with Spa Manufacturers. The sales and service people are by far the best in the area. We purchased our SwimSpa in July 2012. Sarah and everyone we met at Spa Manufacturers treated us like family. Since we live in Jacksonville, FL, it took a few weeks to get ready for the delivery. The delivery and set up went very smoothly. Over the past year I have so thoroughly enjoyed my SwimSpa, that I recommend a SwimSpa to everyone I know. I have always been a swimmer, so being able to swim during the winter months in 92 degree water is a thrill. During the summer, I have turned off the heater and use it as a pool. My husband, who has a very bad back problem, has used it repeatedly to relieve his pain. I have had pools in the past, but the maintenance now takes a fraction of the time it took for a pool. I highly recommend Spa Manufacturers and the SwimSpa for anyone who wants the luxury of a pool and spa with barely any upkeep.

I had my swim spa from Swim spa manufacturers inc. delivered in November 2013 and just in that short period of time I have lost 43 lbs . I cancelled my gym membership and swim almost everyday. I love how swimming uses EVERY muscle in my body and it is no impact. Also its amazing how my back feels so much better just from the therapy seats! It's truly amazing how my body has benefited from this. I really recommend for everyone to that is wanting to lose weight or just stay healthy and fit.

My wife and I wanted to let you know how much we have enjoyed our swim spa we purchased from you 14 years ago in 1999. In our previous home, we had a large concrete in ground pool but the maintenance was costly and very time consuming. A good friend of ours purchased your swim spa and kept telling us how versatile and easy to care for it is. So when we built our present home, we had your swim spa installed. We LOVE it. It is big enough to get in during the hot months to cool off, do pool exercises and swim with the jets. Yet is it still compact enough to heat up and use as a spa to relax and soothe sore muscles. Even our grandson, who is 6 years old, has a great time swimming and playing in the swim spa. The maintenance is minimal and our swim spa is still in great shape after 14 years never requiring even one repair up to now. We recently contacted you about replacing our water heater and your customer service is wonderful. We highly recommend your company.

As a semi-paraplegic and having been mostly confined to a wheel chair
for six years during which over a year was spent in therapy, I can honestly
say this is the best investment I ever made. I can do many exercises besides
swimming and the muscle tone in my legs, abs, and back have improved tremendously
in just two short months. I fully expect that I will be able to walk again
with only a cane for assistance within a year! I tried walking with braces,
walkers, and crutches and all I got were shin splints and tendonitis. I couldn't
be more pleased with my swim spa.

In 2004 I was building a new house and trying to find a pool/spa that I could swim in all year
round and not take up the entire porch area. Then I attended the Home Show and met Meg from
Spa Manufacturers who introduced me to the Swim Spa. It was just what I had been looking for.
It allows me to keep the temperature exactly where I want it and have all the convenience of swimming
at one end or just relaxing in the Jacuzzi at the the other. It is great!
Meg and Spa Manufacturers have been absolutely great, from the family going to the facility to measure
where to put the jets, to delivery on time and being available to answer any questions that I had.
I highly recommend them for any one looking for a spa of any size.
